Please be guided by our policies and procedures before making your reservation.

The Law
Pearl Harbor Website strictly adheres to the rules and regulations established by the National Park Service. This means that our staff and escorts will not enter prohibited or restricted locations in Pearl Harbor and Ford Island. Moreover, please be informed that we are not offering tour guide services. Nevertheless, clients are more than welcome to enter all the locations stated in their tour packages, but please take note that our escorts may be restricted from entering some of these areas. Our VIP or Personal Escorts will follow the law; however, they will be able to escort you to and from NPS-permitted locations, manage your time and tickets, and provide you with the best possible service during the tour.

Reservation Process
Reservations should be placed one day (1) to one hundred eighty (180) days before the tour or travel date. This will give us ample time to process your request. However, you may still request for an urgent booking but we cannot give you a guarantee as all reservations will depend on the availability of tour slots.

Please inform us upon registration if you are traveling with a person with disability who require special attention. We will seek all our efforts to provide their specific needs to give them a comfortable ride.

Pearl Harbor Website reiterates our commitment to customer satisfaction and comfort especially for children, disabled and elder tourists.

Our Vehicles
All of our vehicles are newer model, clean and fully insured. We normally provide Sprinter van, Nisan van, Chevy van or Honda. It doesn’t matter what kind of vehicle we provide 2 facts never changes:
1- We do not charge you any extra.
2- We always provide a vehicle that can hold X # of passengers comfortably. This means one seat per passenger. We are not selling you a vehicle, we are selling you a tour. Type of vehicle is not guarantee.

Payment Procedures
Service reservations must be fully paid prior to the date of tour. Payments can be made using your Master Card or Visa credit cards. International reservations or charges must be paid in US Dollars (US$).

Cancellation Policy

Island Hopping Package Cancellation
Tour packages which involve airline ticket purchases are final sales and are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Due to Bankruptcy of Island Air there is only one airline ( Hawaiian Airline ) providing inter-island service in Hawaii and air ticket is VERY LIMITED. The airline ticket times are not guarantee and we purchase best available ticket for clients.

Group Tour Cancellations: ( 1-8 passengers )

  • Clients may cancel their tour reservations at least minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled date. All approved cancellations are covered by our 100% money-back guarantee.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the date of service will not be accepted, thus, payments are not refundable.
  • “No shows” will be considered service rendered. Hence, payments made are also non-refundable.
  • Refunds may only be claimed within thirty (30) days after the service date.
  • Change of tour date is allowed without extra charge yet, adjustments are still subject to availability.
  • We only accept cancellations through E-mail.

All Private Tours Cancellation:
All Pearl Harbors + Island Tours + Honolulu City Private Tours require at least minimum of 1-week cancellation notice to receive 85% money back.

All Big Private Tours Cancellation: (+6 passengers)
Pearl Harbor Website requires groups with more than 6 passengers to provide a 1-week advance notice period for booking cancellations in order to be eligible for an 85% refund of the total amount paid. The remaining 15% will be covering 2 merchant and related charges (booking and cancellation transactions) cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled tour date are considered forfeited and non-refundable. clients who are cancelling their big group private tours cancel less than weeks, there will be no refund.

Cancellation For Travel Agents and Third Party Agency
Third party reservations are cancel-able and refundable same as regular clients. Travel agents or whoever made reservation should contact us in writing (please send via e-mail). Please have attention that Island Hopping packages which involve airline ticket purchases are final sales and are non cancel-able and non refundable.

Special Note
Pearl Harbor Website is not responsible for and does not extend financial reimbursement for delays caused by factors such as traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or problems concerning Navy-operated shuttle boats. The U.S Navy has the right to shut down the shuttle boats for public safety at any time. In the event that this does happen there is no refund. Please keep in mind that the shuttle boat ride to the monument is complimentary item added to all of our tour packages.

Refunds Payment
Please give us four (4) weeks after the date of cancellation to process any refunds.

Additional Provisions
Pearl Harbor Website shall not admit any liability for losses, injuries, delays or damages to our customers or their properties for causes that are beyond our control.

The National Parks Service of the US Navy ( Organization Owned By United State Government ) has the authority to implement regulations and other requirements in those Pearl Harbor sites. Thus, Tour Operators are obliged to obey them. More so, we refuse to accept responsibility over traffic congestion, poor road conditions and government imposed road closure and other actions. Heavy traffic may be expected in Honolulu City from 6 AM to 9 AM and 1 PM to 8 PM.

Please note that the traffic situation in Honolulu can be unpredictable. Traffic is heavy at times. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the exact time of arrival and departure as stated in your booking or as promised to you. Rest assured, we exert every possible effort to be prompt at all times. Pearl Harbor Website will not be held responsible for events and traffic situations that are beyond our control.

We reserve the right to change the vehicles for our tours for timeliness or to address safety concerns. If the vehicle type is an upgrade from the one that you purchased, the upgrade is complementary. If the vehicle type is of a lesser price than the one purchased, the difference will be credited to your account.

The Pearl Harbor Website reserves the sole privilege to change the provisions stated above including the tour packages and its corresponding prices without prior notice.
